Zbynek recently managed a project on establishing a global centre for domain name dispute resolution (ADR.EU) of the Arbitration Court Attached to the Economic Chamber of the Czech Republic and Agricultural Chamber of the Czech Republic. Zbynek represented large Czech and international companies and public authorities in the negotiation for significant IT contracts in the Czech Republic and abroad.
He is a Panellist of the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center in Geneva for the resolution of domain name disputes under the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP) and of the Arbitration Court Attached to the Economic Chamber of the Czech Republic and Agricultural Chamber of the Czech Republic, both for disputes related to .eu domain names and in standard arbitration proceedings.
He is also a member of IT Law Europe – an independent association of European lawyers focusing on technology law, a representative of the Czech Republic and Slovak Republic in the global International Technology Law Association, and an active member of the IP Constituency of ICANN (ICANN is an organisation managing worldwide Internet).
